GENERAL
Bryn Glas holiday cottage is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served.
No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may wish to stay for those specific dates. For these reasons, Bryn Glas holiday cottage has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed at all times 

FULL PAYMENT
Your Booking is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be via a secure payment link provided to you by the owners.
We do not reserve Bryn Glas holiday cottage without full payment, however your dates will be held as provisional until full payment has been received on time according to your specific payment plan/agreement. 
An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of booking and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your booking.

CANCELLATION REQUEST
Cancellation requests may be submitted by email or direct message. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact us at bryn.glas@brynglaswales.co.uk

REFUND POLICY 
Cancellation requests made more than 28 business days prior to arrival will be subject to an administration fee of 20 percent of the full booking price.

Alternatively, you may request that the original booking fee be transferred to a future date, subject to availability and like for like booking seasons. You may request to move to a high season date where additional charges maybe required to cover new dates. If Dates chosen are less than the original payment you may request additional days/nights up to 100 percent coverage of the nightly rate. No refunds will be made for part balances outstanding, nor will they be transferable.
No refunds or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after arrival.


Cancellation requests made between 1 and 28 business days prior to arrival are subject to a 100 percent cancelation fee.
 

For bookings made within 28 days of arrival we are unable to offer a refund, however we may be able to offer and alternative date as to the above Alternatively section of the REFUND POLICY statement.

Above all please do make contact asap so we may assist with your cancelation 

 

CCTV

Please note that there is CCTV at the property, this is monitored by the owners only for safety and security reasons. The CCTV is external only and its coverage is the curtilage of the buildings only. Areas of the garden where guests would normally relax and entertain are not covered by these camera.
