Please take a few moments to review our House Guide

• Directions and postcode will be sent with confirmation email or message.
• House accessibility and codes will be sent through the night prior to your check in date.
• Check in is from 4pm on the day of your arrival.
• Check out is 10am on the day of your departure.
• House and direct curtilage of the property is non smoking, you are kindly asked to extinguish and dispose away from the house in the bin provided.
• Owners of Pets should check garden and fencing is suitable for their pet (s) prior to letting them off the lead
• Guests with Children should be aware that the house is 200 years old and does have uneven flooring, over-sized steps and character  features.
• Pets are not to be left in the property by themselves for a long period of time and only then when necessary .
• Pets should be kept in the downstairs of the property and never allowed on beds.
• whilst we request that pets do not go on the furniture downstairs we appreciate that this is not always possible to enforce. Therefore we would ask guests to bring throws for the furniture and ensure no hairs are left on Sofas prior to departure.
• Bryn Glas is heated by Oil and water drainage via a septic tank and therefor ask you to be mindful of your usage of these utilities.
• Overall we want you to enjoy your stay at Bryn Glas.
